About Us
Adam Russ - Designer and Co-Writer
Adam designed Hollywood and Vine to test the stakeholder management skills of Offshore Oil Platform Engineers, without them being able to rely on technical knowledge as a means of influencing. He has worked in coaching and leadership for 20 years, combining his work in the corporate sector with a career as a published author, screenwriter and director. He lives online at www.adamruss.uk
Elliot Russo - Co-Writer and Facilitator
Elliot was Adam's first and only choice of co-writer. An accomplished business simulation designer in his own right, Elliot has worked in the corporate training sector for 15 years as a writer, coach and award-winning programme development specialist. Rajneet Sidhu - Facilitator and Actor
Rajneet has a wide range of stage and screen credits - including the BBC's Holby City - and has developed her facilitation, coaching and training skills over the 10 years she has worked in corporate learning and development. Rajneet's concise, insightful approach helps others develop their communication skills in a practical and immediate way, and according to their specific needs. Her clients have included TfL, PwC, Vodafone and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Steve Toussaint - Facilitator and Actor
Steve combines his work in the corporate training sector with roles in major movies that any studio would be proud to bankroll, including Prince of Persia (2010), Point Break (2015) and Judge Dredd (1995). An acclaimed stage actor, Steve is also a familiar face on British TV thanks to roles in shows such as Line of Duty, Inspector Lewis and Upstart Crow. Felicity Dean - Facilitator and Actor
Felicity's CV includes a range of British TV classics, from The Professionals to Lovejoy and Midsommer Murders, Blockbuster Hollywood movies like Revolution (1985), and a number of high-profile stage roles at the RSC, The National Theatre and The Old Vic. She has been working in corporate training for 20 years and brings an incisive eye to her analysis of other's behaviour, aligned with a hugely supportive approach in her manner of coaching.
